  Study purposte : To evaluate skin hydration, TEWL, Elasticity and Redness Relief on multi ethnic skin (Asian, Caucasian, African, Hispanic)

  Study Design : At the first visit, participants will be informed about the study, and their eligibility will be assessed based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.

• Selection criteria

  - Healthy multiethnic female subjects agaed 20 to 50
  - Subjects exhibiting visible facial redness

• Exclusion criteria

  - Subjects who are pregnant, nursing condition or planning to become pregnant
  - Subjects who treat immune-suppressant within one month
  - Subjects who participate in a previous study without an appropriate intervening period (one month) between studies
  - Subjects who have damaged skin in, or around the test site, which includes sunburn, tattoos, scars or other disfiguration on the test site
  - Subjects who use of similar treatment related to the study during the previous three months.
  - Subjects who have an experience on test site (skin decortications, Botox and other skin treatment)
  - Subject who have chronic disease (diabetes, asthma, high blood-pressure)
  - Subject who have atopic dermatitis
  - Subject who took any oral or topical drug for the intension of smoothing wrinkle during recent 6 months
  - Subject with a tape allergy
